Product Details

Our throw pillows are made from 100% spun polyester poplin fabric and add a stylish statement to any room. Pillows are available in sizes from 14" x 14" up to 26" x 26". Each pillow is printed on both sides (same image) and includes a concealed zipper and removable insert (if selected) for easy cleaning.

Artist's Description

Color Creation Myth was completed over the course of three years from 2000 � 2003. Thick layers of paint glazed with thin layers give an active texture and movement to this painting which is unlike my more classically, thinly rendered work. It�s premise is the creation of life, or the genesis of the study of color and life. We see an explosion of color from the unbound world snake and objects that absorb and project light, the candles and bubbles. Biomorphic forms are forming and floating while the indication of a human figure flies by. The Jainist�s have poured milk over the feet of their gods here in this moment of space. We are at the beginning and in the future. We are recording the Color Creation Myth.
